At Denk Ingredients, it is our concern to promote access to health ingredients and to invest in the well-being of people all over the globe.

Our code of conduct

We aim to improve the human condition and the quality of humans’ life through the contribution of our health ingredients and our mission of health promotion, disease prevention and enhancement of well-being. This constant dedication is incorporated in our company culture with our products, our working methods, our ethical behavior, our values and our employees:

Our holistic sustainability approach is based on our code of conduct policy and is amongst others characterized by the following elements:

  • the overall creation of a safe and healthy working environment and fair labor conditions
  • the commitment of all involved parties to high ethical standards and close cooperation
  • the embracement of diversity, fair competition and incorporation in all features of our company
  • the promotion of responsible production and reduction of environmental impact

Our social engagement activities

For us, it is important to give something back to society and provide help wherever it is needed. Together as a company, we are able to have the highest impact on condition of human life and social equity. We therefore promote social projects in our daily work lives.

  • In our company we count on the fair traded and high-quality coffee of the local company Bean United. For every kilo of coffee consumed, a percentage of its value is donated to support a school feeding program for children in the African country Burundi.
  • We strongly support “Team Rynkeby” a Nordic charity cycling team, which raises money and donates to children with critical illnesses. In particular the organization contributes money to the children's cancer unit for hospitals worldwide.
