According to our corporate core value GO BEYOND, our managers Jasmin Olbromski (Director of Procurement & Quality) and Michael Hempel (Director of Sales) face the special challenge of swapping their jobs for the upcoming three months!
In addition to a high level of professional competence of our managers, we are convinced that the ability of people management is of crucial importance. For this reason, Jasmin will be taking over all employee and job responsibilities of the Director of Sales, whereas at the same time Michael will be responsible for all the teams and tasks of the Director of Procurement and Quality.
The job swapping process serves the purpose of personnel development and does not only challenge our managers but also our employees. All of our teams are facing an exceptional situation through our managements’ exchange of areas of responsibility.
